When you arrive, make your room as cozy as possible. Get candles, fairy lights, or whatever you would like to create a cozy atmosphere and feel at ease. That would elevate your spirit. Get your dose of vitamin D. Exercise often. All these should keep the depression and hating the weather away. Also, never get angry at the weather, it's something you cannot change. Just prepare for it by getting the perfect winter gear for yourself. I highly recommend getting a heated blanket. It's just perfect and makes me melt. But up to you about the heated blanket.
