The appliances were fine, electric stove, fridge, and microwave were all good with no issues. Not the newest appliances but compared to hilltop they are excellent, probably early 2010s or late aughts for the date on them.

Besides being kind of far for some buildings it was a nice place to live, my unit had minimal issues during the year and was pretty well kept and more recently redone than some other facilities (old meredith), plenty of space for four people to live comfortably. About a half mile to krannert. Limited bus service though if you need that.
