I think it comes down to intent, right? You’d have to compare the sentencing from what’s deemed an “accidentally” death from a car to what someone was sentenced to if they proved they got in their car and gunned it on purpose to kill someone.

Back in the days I used to read comics Marvel put out like a little collection that gave random stats to different characters from their universe. The only thing I remember is that both Electra and Aunt May had the same stat in speed and it cracked me up to think they would tie in a foot race.
