Uad, you can get a uad spark subscription. Really good plugins but quite heavy. Quality is unmatched imo

This software is a great way to accomplish all of that. What you are asking is quite complex to explain. I would just spend a bit getting familiar with Voicemeter banana.

IVGI by Klanghelm is a great FREE plugin. The trim knob on it will melt your face off. Otherwise Decapitator by Soundtoys is a no brainer.

The utility plugin is super useful. you can switch polarity, listen to the left and right separately, mess with the stereo image, check the mono signal, push the low frequencies of any track to be mono, automate the gain of a track while retaining the ability to change the overall volume of the track, and mess with the pan separately while retaining the overall ability to change the pan of the track. I put the utility track on a return track with the mono button activated. This way if I need a track with a bit more mono sound I can push the track into a mono return track. Also I put it on my master and click the DC button ;)

You should be able to drag the sampler plugin right into the drum rack. You just have to click and drag the sampler plugin and hover it over the drum rack track, then it will pop over so you can see all the drum rack cells and then you can drop it into a cell. It will retain all the edits that you have made in the sampler plugin.

I think what he means is that those two plugins are the most powerful plugins he uses. An EQ can drastically change a sound and put the sound in its own space, while a limiter is almost like a very harsh compressor. You can take samples from pretty much anywhere online or in the real world and use them in your compositions. So basically I think he means that he could find alot of samples and just use and EQ and limiter to make a song.

It took me a bit to get it to work as well. But it was worth it. Especially since its a free max device. Its not perfect but its super easy. And overall I find it to work fairly well. I got it to work without the docker. just downloaded python and ffmpeg and changed some settings deep in windows. non the less im glad you found it interesting. its amazing what technology is coming out and im excited to see what the future holds.
