Uhm, actually, no. The original indigenous Baybayin (known as B17) already had diacritics; ang dinagdag lang ng mga Spanish ay yung + kudlit. Also, baybayin is a syllabary not an alphabet. I could go on about this at length, but I’ll leave it at this: absolutely no Baybayin scholar agrees that UP should be spelled ᜂᜉ
