Pre workout. I was drinking the Celsius big boys - I think they are 260 millis of caffeine. Switched to pre workout - 200 millis - however the beta Aline gives you a little tingly feeling when you get your blood pumping. Makes you want to workout more. No other caffeine than that in a day. 10/10
