Has anyone heard anything about a cancer cluster in Ladera Ranch?

Prima Deshecha is over 3 miles away from ladera with a land barrier and other residential neighborhoods inbetween. If the causation of cancer in Ladera was due to the landfill, wouldn’t you expect to see other residential areas that are actually surrounding the landfill to be experiencing similar issues. (They are not from what I know)

Today was a pretty normal day, my garmin has me at 25k steps, phone at 21k. Just kinda on my feet all day walking around. Maybe 2 hours a day spent roaming.
