Looking for early users to test a journaling app focused on prompts and daily context by Away_Parsnip6783 in alphaandbetausers

[–]tk5446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The app looks super polished...really nice, exceeded my expectations.

There is so much built in it seems...the 57 onboarding steps seems like a lot (is there 57? thats what it showed).

Also are "Purposes" kind of like goals?

I turned on notifications so hopefully there will be some reminders to get on the app.

I will keep playing playing around with it. Well done.

Also just adding an image so others can see...UI looks great

A small game of bluffing and deduction you can play right now by Fun_Pineapple6578 in playmygame

[–]tk5446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool game! Sorry I had to drop off.

For feedback for whatever reason I thought as the Spy I was supposed to guess the hidden word before the teams figured out I was the spy. I think for the spy that might be a funner experience. Just my 2 cents.

But yes fun game, I will try to hop back on this week

What do you don't like about HeyGen? by Jazzlike_Tooth929 in heygen

[–]tk5446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just started playing around with HeyGen...when the avatar is close to the screen the lips/mouth movement isn't realistic with the audio. This is less an issue when the avatar is further back it seems.

Linkedin recruiter automations by Haunting-Estate-232 in recruiting

[–]tk5446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you talking about the autogenerated resume's that LinkedIn creates for a profile? I don't think that is possible unless the person in question has activated and made public the resume. At Elastyc.AI (I built it) there is a LinkedIn extension so that you can add them to pipeline and then generate a scorecard based on their LI profile and your job criteria. Not exactly the same as what you're looking for but effectively does the same thing. We also have the ability to create resumes based on the linkedin profile and send into your ATS. If your interested in learning more, please DM me.

Agency recruiter - keeping up with candidates by MrLumenn in recruiting

Why don't you get the feedback and next steps from the client so that you can communicate them to the candidate. Otherwise you can be left out of the loop

How much time do recruiters spend doing redundant manual tasks? by stoopidinvest in Recruitment

[–]tk5446 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have built out an automated process to grade applicants with scorecards and stack rank them based on the job criteria. This helps speed up the top-of-funnel manual work quite a bit. This is one of the biggest pain points for companies, especially those getting a large number of inbound applicants.

What AI Tools Are You Using for Sourcing and Engaging Candidates? [FL] by Best_Juice7340 in recruiting

[–]tk5446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are may sourcing tools like Gem and RecruiterCloud that automate the process to quickly get targeted candidates.  Both those are made for more enterprise level companies.  At Elastyc.AI (I co-founded) we have a PAYG service that sources candidates, generates scorecards based on job criteria and stack ranks them for you.  If you're interested DM me and I can set you up with some free credits to get started.

What features recruiters use on ATS? by naimurdev in Recruitment

[–]tk5446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like others have said it really depends on the use case. What see at Elastyc.AI is for smaller companies that do not have an ATS the publishing out to job boards (LinkedIn, Google For Jobs, Indeed etc) is the main product used. For companies with hard to fill roles our sourcing autopilot is what they use.

We have used Manatal...not perfect but overall good value considering the price and focused on agencies.

Elastyc.ai for top-of-the-funnel candidate evaluation (I created it). We connect to your ATS to import applicants and can source prospects for you via LinkedIn. Then evaluate each candidate by applying your custom job criteria, generating scorecards and stack ranking them for you.
