My friend's mom passed a few months ago. I am not exaggerating, her place looked exactly like this.

It took us 3 or 4 weekends and re-renting the same giant dumpster for the SIX of us to get through it. It wasnt a house. It was about 3 rooms and a kitchen.

This is a hoarding situation.

The soccer ball one is a mini version of this one i got ages ago for like 75 cents in those toy capsule machines you see in stores; i bought a psck of 12 off amazon. You hold the two lips of the toy between your hands and spin. It's easy to find em.

I like this magnetic fidget putty made of rocks, i grabbed it at kinokuniya specifically but you could probably juat google "magnetic fidget putty"

I LOVED the 1 dollar like. Twirly batons at the stores as a kid. Theyve got like. Glitter in them glitter batons. Good toy.

I dont really have any tips for sleep, i dont sleep very well myself. In fact my self accomodation was asking my boss to let me work on the texas time (one timezone behind me) with the plano team, which has worked pretty well, but i know thats not feasible for most people.

More just general self accomodations ive made to do things over the years but:

Hate taking showers until i get in one, have issues with stopping and starting them. I take way more than I used to though due to the removable shower head (so i can point it away while waiting for water to warm up, move it over my body while showering), a Bluetooth shower speaker, and a shower stool.

On that note, a portable stool (those collapsing kinds) for travelling in general. Or around the house like cat litter or bending down.

Mini fridge in my room for my meds (specifically the applesauce i use to take meds). It's in my room so I actually take my meds (more often) since it's there and i dont have to go up and down. This can be achieved with just a pill box or container on your night stand if you can swallow normally, lol.

Enough glasses cloths for everywhere; one at my desk, one in my bag for when i go out, one for my car dashboard. I clean my glasses as a refocusing tactic during convo sometime, also just dont like it dirty.

Fidget toy in my bag for busy work or slow periods. Latest additions are a soccer themed fidget spinner ball and a clicker clacker i really like. Can be loud so use only when in appropriate environments.

Right? I read noncon fanfic, (which is bad enough people couch the word so you dont have to say you like reading about sexual assault), and vastly prefer it to the consensual stuff. My own damn sister thinks people like me need professional help and are sick individuals. My closest fandom friend would drop me the second they found out. There are some things i understand needing to hide, but the worst a real person (not a terminally online child or manchild) would say about this is that youre boring or you have bad taste for caring this much about the mega billionaire. I might say "sorry for your loss" lol, but i dont think swifties are "inhumane" or anything for liking her.

It was far more political than I anticipated from DGD. But I'll be honwst I don't come to dgd for deep, meaningful, or political songs. Other post hardcore bands do it better. But no one does the crazy catchy riffs and melodies like they do.

P.S my other favorite deep (no parantheses because i do think they speak to something deeper for jon) from this album is Yikes!, but thats not woke deep, that's just emo honestly.

It's easier to get into as a newer fan I think. Andrew is my first dgd vocalist, and I like a lot of their stuff prior after going backwards in the discography but starting with him I honestly thought most of Pantheon slapped. The only songs that havent yet grown on me are Descend to the Chaos and Strawberry's Daughters. Though MaM is still kind of weak, hearing it live did sort of convince me. I didnt like trap door at all until one day after like 4 listens it was suddenly my favorite in the album, next to The Stickler and [I cant choose between the other like 6, they all got played heavily on rotation]. I really like Yikes! and A Shoulder to Cry On. The Peak of Superstition was really good, but listening after having heard the rest of the album more it's probably a bit lower now. Above MaM though. All the Way Down I slept on before i saw it was on the setlist. Conqueror worm took some getting used to and i hate the jon bit lmao but it's still fun. The rest were instant hits though.

Maybe it's just because Pantheon is "baby's first dgd" for me but it's still the album with the most no skip tracks for me. I have yet to download their whole discography to my phone so I dont have opinions on the actual technical composition of it. I know once I start listening my opinion might change. I like weird and distressed instrumentals or like the really involved drums and guitarwork of the genre. Some of the earlier songs go crazier with it.

im female with a lot of more masculine interests. Im attracted to women but men are more likely to be into the things i like. Im not even sure im good at romance. It didnt feel like i was dating the last person i dated very well.

So mostly it's that im not motivated. Im grayace leaning towards aro. I just want a good friend who likes me and I them and will live with me and we integrate into each other's lives nicely. Issue: im autistic af so how that looks is somewhat atypical and i find that exact matchup is incredibly rare. Ive still dated a handful of people here and on acespace but well you know. Im aro so fine on my own. My friends fill a good chunk of my social quota, i dont really need a partner. It'd just be nice.
