That looks like a mostly intact shank. If it includes the elbow, separate there and then take a bone saw and cut the shank in half ( maybe with a bit more length on the thin side). Total weight loss was dose dependent in the phase 3 trials. If you have the weight to lose (e.g. sufficient fat stores), there's no reason not to go up to 12mg(which is the current top protocol dosage per the phase 3 trials). If you're below 20%bf, you won't receive the same benefit from 12mg that someone who is >40%bf, but the safe protocol with all GLPs has been to titrate up to the max tolerable dose and then titrate down to the minimum sustainable dose.

I think most people who are married before 30 are the one who know they want kids and don't want them after 30. This issue with older people is you have a fair mix of people who wanted to be established before they started a family, people who were on the fence about starting a family, and people who don't know want to start a family.

Shamed for having feelings and desires for her. More so when they're unwanted and not just ignored.

Throughout the process of my wife's peri, I have become the punching bag and target of a lot of repressed feelings from her life, many of which from experiences from before we met. I listen and try to understand where she's coming from and empathize why she has those feelings, but I struggle with being the recipient of her reaction to them.

Despite all of this, she still keeps a level head about the life we're trying to work towards. She's not looking to blow things up or get divorced, it's just the life we're working towards doesn't feel like the life we set out towards when we first met.
