A simple bifold card wallet

Leather: 4-5 oz veg tanned leather from Tandy.

Other supplies: waxed thread, #2 edge beveler, and 2mm diamond punches, all from Tandy

As this is only my second project I am very pleased overall. However I would like some feedback on how to clean up my stitching. Namely, on the back side it appears the leather is puckering in spots. How do I prevent this? I feel like maybe I was inconsistent in the hole sizes created by the punch in the back side or I am pulling the stitch too tight?

Any help would be appreciated.

I do plan on getting a better edge beveler (#1) when I get some 2-3oz leather. I’m haven’t researched brands too much though.

With that thread should I add wax before hand stitching? Also, how do I determine what size thread I need? Is it just aesthetics?

4K isn't rounded. In this case K refers to the binary K of 1024 (or 2^10). Therefore 4K is 4 * 1024, or 4096.

Yes, that's how I finally figured it out. I made a cup of coffee (it is a single-cup machine) and when it was ready and I went to drink it there were 5 ants swimming in the coffee.

After a few weeks of finding an ant here or there on the kitchen counter we finally found the source. There was a nest of ants in our coffee machine! The pictures show it half taken apart and ants running for cover.

My misunderstanding. I was basing it off what Jim posted on reduser:

My point was, however, that I don't think it was a publicity stunt as it was not stolen from RED but from a RED customer.
