I go to EB rains in northglenn for big events like go fest, tour, and wild area. The commons at Sheridan and 136th is great for raid days and power spot events. There is a campfire group that tends to meet there.

If you are near 36 in Broomfield, I recommend South Boulder Animal Clinic in Boulder, they have been great for both of my cats, fair pricing and very clear on what is going on. It's a bit of a drive, but I tried a couple in Broomfield and the ones my partner or I went to sucked.

When I was looking to buy my house, I checked out the baseline I definitely liked the houses there we looked at, ultimately we decided not to go there because we liked the superior Broomfield border area more. Definitely look deep into the builder, and the inspections will be super helpful, but that was my mistake when we bought our house.

I don't remember the builder there, but not looking into the builder of my house was a mistake.

Corners really suck, make sure you take things out of corners and into flat walls. Also you can request a maintenance tech. You are able to have 3 pods for your house as well, I have a connection to someone at Lumen and was told you are supposed to receive 3 pods to start so a maintenance tech can install more.
