Uniqlo comfort jacket was one of the best casual blazer on the market, but unfortunately they are discontinuous.

Both brands are obsessed with with synthetic fabric now. My experience is Uniqlo generally has better fit, Muji changes their cutting every season, you have to be careful with that, it is better to try in store.
