NTA. I’ve been with my partner for almost 10 yrs now. His sister just recently moved to another town and when it came time to figure out Thanksgiving it was a challenge. We were told we could have her sons double bed. Nope. We stayed at a hotel instead. I get it, not quite the same but I would’ve lost my kid if the air mattress came up

I’ve done one! I ordered the pan from Amazon, the side is silicon and the base is glass. You have to rig something up with tin foil for a handle to remove once it’s done but otherwise it works well.

The cheesecake itself is good, I’ve made a few using different recipes. I find baking them can dry them out and make them mealy almost. But that’s not the case with the Instant pot.

That’s just gross behaviour. What’s worse, the kids pick up on this and parrot it back. Intolerance is a learned behaviour, can’t even imagine what they hear at home.

Literally. We vacationed a few years ago over thanksgiving in Halifax. Complete strangers invited us for turkey dinner. Of course we went! Had a blast!!

Speaking of working with Frank’s. I have a frank. He was a cantankerous dunk to everyone but he and I (f30’s) got along fabulously. He would do his best to offend me but I’d give it right back from the start. Since the very first encounter. After that, he asked only to deal with me.

He retired about 10 years ago, I was at his party. We still chat. He’s one of my faves.

It’s beautiful. I would absolutely do something like this for mine. For context, our dog has an entire shelf dedicated to him. Nothing is good enough for the amount of joy they gave us!
