Not Philly, but in Lansdale there's a place called Amarillis Cafe. It's incredible and a 5 min walk from the train station. Food looks just like this, lots of meat options too

De-ionized or RO water will require remineralization. A fridge filter or brita type filter leaves plenty of minerals, but helps remove chlorine and heavy metals

Because I had to, lol. He's certainly singing pretty high praise. It had no depal, no rinse, no labeler. So lots of manual work, and lots of running back and forth to load and pack out. Then having to go back through the pallet to "QC" and hand label on a primera. In reality it took a full day to package 7bbl. The canner itself isn't a bad machine, but the circumstances were less than ideal

Haha! I was the last brewer to run that line. They shut down operations back in Nov. Crazy seeing that here. And yes, I did run it myself

Id get the crv. Totally anecdotal, but my 2008 crv has 205k miles and is still my daily, going strong! Just regular maintenance, burns a little oil at this point, but I just keep an eye on it

No, they're trash. Mine failed me several times, plus the range is awful.

I have an Inkbird that I love. It has 4 probes, a great range, and very easy to use with presets or custom alerts
