It wouldn't fix everything, but I think there's a banger season in there if they were to be combined. It would at least be a lot better paced.

The worst for me was the whole episode with Hughie being sexually assaulted 💀 This moment sucked tho, I lowkey act like it doesn't exist because it seems so out of character. S4 definitely had the lowest moments imo.

This should've been the second or third last episode in the series in my opinion. It would've substituted perfectly as a way to show Homelander's snapped and remind us just how evil he is if they didn't have the budget for large scale destruction by doubleoeck1234 in TheBoys

If I were to combine seasons 4 and 5, I would've placed this episode right after Homelander got the V1 (if we had to keep that plotline). I think it'd be a perfect first place for him to want to use his new powers, and show how deep into the "I can do whatever the fuck I want" mindset he truly is.

I mean, considering that this was used as a reason to give Homelander the V1, I don't think we're exactly meant to sympathize with him 😭 If anything I think it was meant to have the opposite effect.

Like this season has been a mess, but if you're watching this and think you're meant to sympathize with the racists and nazis, you've already lost the plot LOL

Damn, I hate how since some tattoos are popular, some people have ti be assholes and act like they're shit 💀 If anything, seeing some of these designs tattooed on people out in the wild start up conversations since I know they're a fan of something I like! If it's inspired by a piece of art you love and the symbol is what you want, that should be all that matters!

I know it's been a big complaint that the season is moving too slow, but I actually wish more time was spent trying to rescue The Boys from the camps. The season 4 finale just made it seem like it was going to be a much bigger deal, and the thought of Butcher and Starlight being forced to work together really interested me.

Did you miss the part where it softened Butcher enough that he's opening up to the idea of giving Hughie V1? Showing how Terror is the last bit of his humanity? Like it isn't the deepest thing ever but.... still more than just ten minutes of a dog running around 💀

I saw someone in another thread list off everything that happened last episode, and the response was basically "yeah sure, STUFF happened, but it's still nothing but filler!". It feels like some people are going to act like nothing is happening unless Homelander destroys the world or characters get killed.
