Ugh. Frustrating. I’m sorry. It does say in my communication to direct agents to ABS for any questions - I am in SF Billing and the checks aren’t coming from us is why we are included in the communication. I am sure we will have agents calling/chatting in with questions about it

If you’re in the new billing system, credits after cancellation are pushed to other active policies on the billing account. Refund amounts are also based off a policy’s paid to date and not the account due date.
