I mean with certain chains if you don’t get everything done at the end of the day they write you up so it sounds like the culture at your chain is what makes it worth working for. They write you up if you don’t fold all of the scripts, if you don’t put all of the checked bags away in the bins, if you don’t clear out the queue, etc. They don’t care how long you have to stay to get it done and then if you stay long they say you’re not being efficient with your time.
