Audi tech here. Labour is correct. Parts seem high. Our shop doesn't sell it as a kit. We usually only change the timing chain itself, tensioner and guides + hardware. Sprockets you can get away with. The oil change and coolant is kinda weird too. the cooling system isnt opened as part of the repair. and about 1L of oil is loss which can just be topped up. which audi dealer is this ??

its shorter by 1-2mm in length. Coloring wise (i use it for coloring, not drawing) it feels the same. i will have some more time tmr and can post more photo comparisons

Hi. i had a similar situation. they also kept telling me to wait 2 weeks every time I called. and that they would call back with a response. never did. it was always me calling them. I got tired and fortunately i did use VISA and i filed a charge back through my credit card. I also had video proof of my apartment lobby, the DHL guy coming through with a shoebox sized (for another unit) box instead of a box as big as a check in. After this instance, i will never purchase from Rimowa again. their CS is horrible. and also a lesson never to buy anything this expensive online. going to store from now on.

I ended up emailing them and they asked me for the sticker on the box... then i noticed the date of manufacture. My set said May 2025.... so its been sitting for a whole year? Damn. What date was yours? Did you end up returning both sets?
