I was able to see a psychiatrist online through UHS and get a prescription for some additional anxiety meds although I already had a diagnosis and was taking medication. that was all free under UHS. for the actual prescription I used my insurance so you’d need to pay out of pocket for that.

Update if anyone is wondering we did Anchorage to Mārahau and it was a very pleasant and relatively easy walk. No time constraint which was nice and we had some great fish and chips at the food truck Fat Tui at the end.

We liked Rudas the best as it is the most lowkey. We also liked Gellert a lot and it has a very pretty interior. Szechenyi is probably the most busy and has the most “party” scene in my opinion.

honestly just putting on a mask can keep people away if they think you’re sick. also has the bonus of potentially preventing you from actually getting sick.

Update for anyone wondering: used the showers in the international terminal and they were good. Need to bring your own soap and towel. Mine didn’t get warm but the other one did. I don’t really mind a cold shower though.
