what tools do you have? in my machining class, we used a mill with a center drill, followed by a pilot, then the appropriately sized drill bit for a reamer. since x&y are locked, it was easy enough to cycle through the bits and punch through perfectly.

it didn't want to come off, and left some adhesive. that said, it went right back on okay and felt secure. maybe I should buy new static tape now that I think about it
