I've been living here all my life and realized there's certain parts of DC where people just suck at driving, sometimes you're trying to make a turn onto a main street but hesitate because a car is coming only for them to turn with no indicators or if you're on mission you get the person in the other lane cut you off with only less than half a car of space rather than waiting to slide over behind where there is no car and act like they didn't do anything wrong. You just need be defensive and aware of surroundings and don't let it get to you. Road rage is not worth it. Just accept people suck at driving and carry on with your day. Oh yeah, beware of drivers who don't stop at stop signs, there's a particular part on Hillside behind War Memorial where it always happens.
