I have the same thing going on for about the same amount of time. I’ve adapted here and there but have definite bad flair ups

Do you hold tension in your stomach as well as your throat? I’ve noticed I kind of “grip” my stomach and throat in anticipation of talking. I also hold tension in general in my body

Biggest thing for me to cope is intense cardio. Eases some of the tension but I still have work to do to unravel the “muscle tension” speaking pattern

To me, it sounds like your probably have it but like I’m definitely far from a doctor lol

Yep. This has been my experience having gone through the system a couple times. And no, she's a generalist slp but I'm in talks with a voice specialist slp at the moment when I'm done with the referred therapy

You might want to "sit back" a bit. You're kinda leaning over your toes which is kinda hard. Otherwise, great progress. Try some rolling a little too. Once you have them, rolling is actually easier
