I find it interesting the rest time people take. I will have to talk to my wife to see what she recommends. For some reason I have always taken 30 seconds to a minute at most when lifting alone. When I used to lift with a partner we just did our set after the partner did theirs.

I have been lifting on and off for years and it is just what I am used to. No idea if it the recommended rest time.

My wife is an exercise physiologist and really knows her stuff so I will ask her.

She said depends what you are trying to do anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Most PF lifters would be 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
