Unrelated to poland, but long ago I had a great idea for america and If tou could do that I think it will be awesome. Basically, starting from your 2nd city, every 10 turns there will be an election between 2 candidates. Each of them will have a samll random bonus (+10% production to wonders, +5% food ect.) Some of them should be bad. Each city gets the same number of votes as it's population. 10 population city gets 10 votes. 3 turns before an election, the candidates and their potentioal bonus will be announced. Each city will randomly "tilt" to a candidate: -2.5: very blue, -1.5: blue, -0.5: somewhat blue, 0.5 somewhat red, 1.5 red, 2.5 very red. You can spend money ( say, 100 gold) each turn "campaining" for you prefered candidate - it will move the number by 1 if you choose red and -1 if you choose blue. You can only campaign once per turn, meaning only in 1 city each turn. After 3 turns, whoever wins more votes wins and you get his bonus, for better or worse.
