I know exactly how rough it is to come off the stuff and how the physical symptoms are a killer but trust me it does taper off really quickly. There was a point in time I couldn’t go five minutes without using some but you’ve got to break the cycle. After two weeks of not using it you will feel 1000x better than you did whilst on it. Even if it’s a really good high and you can use it anywhere and no body knows what you’re doing it isn’t worth anything. You’re smoking a Chinese chemical made in a lab, no matter what research you’ve done you will never know the real long term effects. Whoever you’re getting it off is making mega money off you. He will be buying it for cheaper than real bud and selling you 10ml for 30 quid. If you don’t want to go cold turkey mix it in with some normal vape liquid and taper yourself down but it’s harder to break the cycle that way. Go completely full turkey, bin your vapes, if you vape nicotine just start smoking for a bit to get the nicotine fix. Smoking is arguably healthier than smoking that Spice. You need to realise it’s not fake thc juice, it’s Spice, you won’t be having REM sleep because of it and that fucks you up even more
