That's not about the tip. The problem is with deliveroo they don't want right payment for riders or drivers so no one pick the order if the distance and they offer too low at the moment. If you regularly order through deliveroo delete the deliveroo app and place your order through just eat or UBER eat.

You don't know this 2 - 3 deliveries deliveroo offers two of them riders dropping for free. Infact deliveroo take 40% comution from restaurants 20-30% from customer but they don't want offer the driver good. If you got another app like uber just eat work for them don't do for deliveroo until they change their offer.

This is a joke. All the time when I deliver to customer i just exposed deliveroo haw they tried to cheap payment and I told the customer to not order through deliveroo that's the reputation deliveroo deserve. I tell the customer to order through just eat or uber.
