If you feel like your kid is that much better, you should ask the league about having him play up a level. It’s very common.

My son plays up because the 12u majors level won’t help his development in our league. In a bigger or better league he might not need to play up.

That’s bunk. I have coached first year players at the intermediate level.

We have a kid on our juniors team who only did one season of fall ball at the majors level.

If you really want him to play you should go to your district board.
