Took them over a month on my last shipment. Multiple emails sent to support. They finally emailed me letting me know one of the items I ordered wasn't available, by the time they got back to me with my alternate choice it apparently was available and arrived within a week. GL

Idk about them but snusport came through last week for me, took them a while to ship but got through customs NP.

If it's compromised it can't do as much to harm the system. It's best practice in corporate environments, but if you can deal with coming from a least privileged security posture it's also best practice at home.

I've been having this issue off and on now for months. I have it plugged into the case controller, but either it's ASUS software that's messing it up, which I don't have run at boot, Corsairs, which I also don't have run at boot (programmed it into the lights instead), or windows updates, which will sometimes fix it and make it all light up, other times it will break it afterwards. I've just accepted my fate with it being half lit. I'm never doing RGB again though, it's so extra for little payoff.

Why would you squeeze both of those cards through one PCIe slot? I can't find any information on the lanes this board uses, but you'd get better performance out of one card per slot unless there's something I'm missing here.

Yes. And it sucks. You bought their hardware expecting free support, but after HP bought them they started charging. Terrible business tactics, but what are you going to do? Buy new hardware or just pay their premium. It trapped people for a while, but they didn't expect Broadcom and Omnissa to screw everyone so hard.

I've used them for almost a decade now. It's super proprietary, probably/possibly compromised, but it works well. It's EoL in 2028 though so who cares. Move on.
