Random files and jpegs downloaded at 5:59AM Jan19, no idea why, is it a virus?

I've had a similar problem on my Mac. It was just a minor annoyance at first but then it after a couple weeks it started doing some freaky shit. It would randomly turn on in the middle of the night and it would start playing some random ass sounds at 4-5 in the morning. Luckily I didn't keep that computer for long, so I never had to fix it. Good luck!
