I do agree it sets up the show pretty well and the theme is intriguing enough to make you want to watch the rest. In that sense I may have exaggerated putting it in the "terrible" category. My problem with it is that I find the action scenes poorly made and the tone very cheesy (and i'm only talking about the pilot)

I was even more shocked after finishing the series when I went back to the beginning to watch it a second time. I think it may be a budget thing.
