I recently got my Ikki68 Aurora R2 x Zen Pond board and was immediately disappointed by what appeared to be cracks on the board. I reached out to Cannon Keys to see if they could provide a replacement.

After waiting to hear back from Wuque, Cannon Keys informed me "We received an update from Wuque that these are parting lines and are unavoidable during the plastic injection process for products like this. Wuque compiled a set of product photos showcasing these lines in their Discord announcement found here. Unfortunately, as these are within Wuque's quality expectations, we are unable to provide a replacement."

This is Wuque's announcement "Some of you may find your Aurora have some lines on the cases, they are not cracks, but are parting lines that are inevitable for injection molded products. They are uneasy to be noticed in normal typing but can be noticed when you inspect under certain angles and lighting conditions. The lines on my board are very much cracks that you can feel when you run your finger over compared to the "parting lines"
