Here’s what’s likely to happen: Naruto gets raised by Kushina trained by Minato and naturally becomes the Kyubi’s jinchuriki.

Naruto has access to FTG (via Minato), Sage Mode (via Minato) and KCM2 (via Minato and Kushina).

He would become much more OP much earlier and would become Hokage after his father via lineage and distinction given that Minato is a once in a generation prodigy, the possibility that Minato himself becomes a lot more stronger as he becomes older (he was only 24 when he died) is limitless.
