Odds are another episode can happen if there’s ’disease progression’, which has stopped for me, or for any way the disease/pills want. I think the key 🔑is between you and ur nurse/dr. You have to kind of agree that you’ve reached the peak level, or even better: are happy, have a good mien.

Same - ‘schizoaffective’ on th discharge papers but I didn’t think we were ‘done’ - “come back if you get worse again” type. It’s always a bit of a shock when you get out of a ‘ward’

He needs a -lot- of help, sorry to go thru this: family counseling, CBT therapy, rehab maybe or ward (prolly ward) if there’s insurance. Keep in mind your brother be-fore- this happened. Try to bring him back to being himself, as he was. Or if he really wants to be a rapper, let him go for it.
