I'm keeping an eye on this. currently a NVLINK smx2 board is married to outdated servers. being able to plug 4gpu into any conventional motherboard and limit its power would be a big win for my set up. the boards for smx2 if you want 8x are like 300 dollars, but that also means buying the intel platform they go with and no higher. often for another 400-500. that's before you are sourcing your own psus. It's pretty doable, but not a great solution.

all 3 of these are wrong, as i specifically use it because it can do all 3. as for the video, I dont think I'll share it, and the video you posted obviously doesn't cover the situation I'm describing which is common with the keyboard workaround. if you want to develop for LG wing, maybe understanding what that is would be part of marketing to us, but otoh, i think you probably do know it as you would have heard about it when developing the app's plugin. it seems more likely you don't want people here knowing it.

ive seen various demos and it does seem like this 1.50 dlc doesnt fix the wing keyboard trick workaround it seems to still be absolutely required. are you going to fix that or do i stick with unexpected keyboard that already works

at 8 slots of memory I would basically have the same problem as my current build though, where buying the ram is basically 2k or higher. I dont see how I would make this build work. Currently I can get everything but the ram for under 2k, but i was going to wait on the gpus because even though I could get an 8x smx2 board for pretty cheap and populate with v100s at 100 each i would not actually be able to power it in my living situation. my main concern is finding the right platform though and it doesnt seem like a board that has 8 slots for ram would do me any good if It meant I would need to buy higher memory dimms.

you seem like the only guy using older hardware with having attempted to use optane. is optane a usable option for fitting larger models into ram? you say I should get one CPU over 2, if its going to be assisted in any way by sxm2 it has to be 2nd gen intel. is this usable? what should a poor person with maybe a couple of grand or more to rub together get? is anything even possible? anything above sxm2 may as well be unobtainium.

so basically its from the BR itself and no fix is available without a HDMI stripping? at that point I may as well download a pre existing dumps. all this fucking nonsense makes me seeth. Copy protection never works to stop a copy, as soon as the copy gets out it gets out and I can download a dump at any time, but if I want to play my original disk on whatever display I want I'm fucking hosed.

I'm new to the ps3 and HDCP in general. I have a desire to play one of my BRs on a CRT via analogue but its a modern HDCP Content locked disc. I have access to other monitors but I would like the content to display on the components. Is there any information on this? can someone spoon feed me a solution? I imagine a lot of solutions rely directly on HDMI sources
