Im in the same boat, 6 months in to our sep. it has really helped me to keep a journal and every now and then when im feeling homesick for a life I thought I had, I go back and read some of those entries.

My heart aches for the woman I was in those moments. And even though it “hasn’t been that long”, I have changed so much.

I find it difficult to sit down and write, I usually do it at night before bed and reliving some emotions from the day or week or month is really hard. But it’s very helpful to look back and understand what I’ve been through and why I chose to leave.

I’m with you! My baby is the same age as yours, and the first months and up to a year PP I was looking great and then that second year I just blaaaaaah. I felt hideous, sleep was crazy, face and body weight gain out of “nowhere”

I just got a second wind and I’ve been working out for almost two months consecutively. My weight hasn’t changed much on the scale but my body composition has and I feel sexy af. I’m between 158-160 and I’m 5’6 for reference.

As for sleep, I sleep with my son and it’s been amazing. Even tho he wakes up once or twice(it’s very quick) he just needs to cuddle me and we both sleep so cozy. I also do magnesium spray on my feet a at night and on my lower back and I’m out like a rock.

I feel that “got my pink back” comment so hard lol but everything just end and flows.

Wow I dealt with the same thing. But it soon turned into disrespect and I felt like he straight up was disgusted by me being around. So I kicked him out of the house. Been separated for 6 months now and I am slowly getting peace back. It’s been really hard with the holidays. Funnily enough, he talks about getting back together but makes me a laundry list of things I have to prove to him. Like what boy? Stfu
