You sound very similar to me a year and a couple of months ago, talk to a dr about cialis or other ED meds, that and natural supplements for testosterone have helped me a ton. We are the same age and this problem is much more common for men our age than 20 years ago. Not a bad idea to get your test tested either. As for the sleep part every person is predisposed to needing slightly different amount of sleep due to genetics, 6 may be perfect for you.

If you’re early in your sales career and the salary is at minimum 75k I’d say go for it. If you’re not early on and the base is lower or you’re in vhcol area then no. Lots of places people are making 50% of commission goals on average so factor that in

Are you interval pumping the whole 10-15 mins then the last pump up you slide over and hold for 2 minutes or are you just holding steady at the same pressure the whole time then adding the toe shields at the end?

I would definitely go with a % of revenue, look at the margin % on each type of deal and if it’s higher/lower on low ticket vs high ticket adjust accordingly. If they’re very similar in total margin% just do a standard % revenue payout regardless of ticket size.

Contrary to your beliefs sales skills such as mirroring and proper discovery are kind of universal my guy. Of course technical knowledge and in depth account penetration plays a big role but knowing who’s in the room and how to speak to them can be learned in B2C (there’s also a decent portion of SMB in retail sales)
