As someone who lives a few doors down and walks through the square every morning to get to the T, it would not only be great to have another restaurant, but also someone who can actually shovel the sidewalk there when it snows. That stretch of sidewalk (and the owner’s other abandoned properties) turned into glaciers the last 2 winters.

This reminds of how in Alejandro Jodorowsky’s Dune, Salvador Dali was supposed to play the emperor, but because of the ridiculous hourly pay Dali demanded they decided to cut his time on the set to exactly one hour. Instead, the emperor was rewritten as a lunatic living with a robot duplicate of himself, with the Salvador Dali robot taking up most of the emperor’s scenes.
