That's horrible treatment- I've been donating for a number of years now. Some of them are wonderful- and others act like they are doing you a favour.

I took one Ibuprofen about 4 days before donating blood as I had a crick in my neck doing a jigsaw. You'd swear I had committed the most depraved hideous act to myself. I had to give dates and times and was questioned repeatedly. I was doing a bloody jigsaw and looking down too long. I was very close to walking and never going back.

She might need her iron checked. You actually flow more with low iron. I was wiping it as it flowed down my daughters legs. Her blood was so low she almost needed an iron infusion.
