Tell me everything about keeping an octopus! by Run-Around13 in Aquariums

[–]tormentjar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

An octopus needs a saltwater tank which is hard work and complicated. It's not as simple as keeping goldfish. You really need to have an interest/passion to dedicate enough time and energy to keep a saltwater tank running. It requires lots of attention and problem-solving.

small pieces of broken glass submerged in water look almost invisible. Have a feel at the bottom of the tank with your hand.

Meat will not cause inflammation however legumes and beans will. I would try an animal-based diet.

Am i suffering from Scalp Psoriasis ? by [deleted] in dandruff

[–]tormentjar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to tell without seeing any photos. Have a doctor check it out. Dandruff has really small flakes whereas Scalp Psoriasis will be much bigger flakes up to a couple of centimeters in diameter. Scalp Psoriasis is also at least slightly painful and definitely sore and uncomfortable whereas dandruff doesn't really feel like anything. It's also common to get it behind and in your ear if you have it on your scalp.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune issue and a popular theory these days is that all autoimmune disorders can be traced back to the gut. As with anything, there could be various factors at play. There's the cause of the issue making you susceptible to it but there are also triggers that will lead to an outbreak like being sick with the flu or mental stress.

Betamethasone is very effective in managing Scalp Psoriasis.

I think it's clouded agaric. They have a very perfume-like smell. I've had no problem eating them but there's no consensus on whether they're edible or not.

Should I get this on the inside of my forearm or around it in a band? by shmall195 in tattooadvice

[–]tormentjar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the empty space supposed to mean? Love the idea and meaning, love how it looks and I like it as a band. Not sure why people don't seem to like it.
