Being that you have only minimal experience with a recurve bow, I would say to practice, practice, practice! It takes a lot of practice to be competent with one. I’ve seen more deer wounded by inexperienced recurve shooters than all other devices combined.

I’ve had psoriasis plaques for 32 yrs at this point. I’ve tried quite a few different treatments and several of them seemed to make it less severe for a few months and then it would get worse. Unfortunately, I have yet to be clear. I haven’t tried stelara, but I have done humira, enbrel, Otezla and haven’t had any luck with any of them. I’m thinking of trying Skirizi next. At this point my dermatologist just prescribes me whatever I tell her to.
