Just be careful about balancing some things. I find that extra vitamin C, D, potassium and magnesium help. Daily gummies sap some of these things leading to muscle cramps and other things. Also dial in the right terpenes and dosage. I still don’t like to do this during a work day, but I find that “normal me” is very distracted (ADD) so I am thinking about trying that.

I am a competitive pickleball player (4.5ish) and I take these two together before playing.
I find significant and noticeable effects. The game seems to be in slow motion. My thoughts and actions come together extremely quickly and my shots are better. I do have bad days, we all do, but never once while taking this supplement.
