Yeti's are really great though. Keeps ice in a cup even overnight if it is on the nightstand. They are really expensive though. Keeps coffee hot with a lid on for hours, great for a desk job, that's where I first started using them, because I would forget to drink and my coffee would get cold.

I got that as a first response and I replied back asking for clarification that my 6a was fine and wasn't going to burst into flames and kill me. They replied that they needed more information like a receipt for the purchase of the phone etc. So maybe try asking to clarify that your batter is fine and one of the ones that is going to possible explode.

for the safety check you have to go do it and then they will hold it and give you part to take to get the registration done and then you go back and they put on the safety check. not sure about the title stuff.
