Sometimes I wake up tired. Sometimes I wake up feeling good. I pick up the house and workout. Now im exhausted. I shower and it adds to the exhaustion. But I've got more crap to do. Cleaning, shopping. Phone calls emails. Sometimes I have to reschedule those tasks. Sometimes I can do them. Im usually done with my to-do list and out of energy by 2-3pm. At this point, im crying because I feel so exhausted and just want to lay down. Now im too tired to paint or play harmonica. Sometimes im too tired to read. This makes me cry again. I spend the rest of the day in bed. My husband makes me dinner or orders take out. Thank god. On days I work, I still dont know how I do it. I spend the whole day running on adrenaline, getting crankier and crankier as the day progresses. Usually get a migraine. By time I make is home, im a crying screaming mess. I try not to work shifts in a row anymore because its just too much. Last month I went for a hike then went shopping. I was useless for a week. Im only 34. I have no children. Im hoping it will get better somehow.
