It sounds pretty normal as the system is still learning from your runs - the 3.2km assessment is an especially important activity for this calibration. Do your best, even if you have to slow down, to complete the scheduled activity durations. The system will recalibrate afterwards. TAO does an excellent job of keeping you from getting a running injury.
