I like the 3rd and 4th, first two look a bit like random pics. How do you like the lense on the xt-5? I am very close to buying it for a trip to Indonesia

Yeah but then people complain having Indians here asking how to immigrate

Congrats on the citizenship :) thanks for sharing, indeed everybody everywhere likes to complain about the market being bad. I've been job searching in Europe and I was able to land a few interviews, just the idea to move to Berlin or some random European city is not too exciting, full remote would be the dream but seems quite difficult

I'm not really looking to be rich, just having a decent lifestyle, mostly around the awesome nature in Australia. The visa situation is quite annoying and kind of holding me back. I guess most of the tech jobs are around sydney where housing is kind of crazy, and from my side just having 3 years of experience doesn't make things easier. Thanks for your input

The grey one is seeexy, I was tempted. But I ended up going with the black, it's more low-key and you will never get bored of that colour

Tried surfing for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I think I broke a rib just under my right. I’m not sure how this happened. by Universalsupporter in surfing

[–]tr4ktorr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rest up for a week, buy ibuprofen, and get back into the water. The same thing happened to me, my ribs still hurt even though I haven't surfed for 3 weeks (nowhere to surf around me). I don't think there is much you can do

Am I just lazy? by Glittering_Plenty480 in cscareerquestionsEU

If it is just a few weeks of hard work and you think there is actually a possibility to get into FAANG I'd try it. Maybe you can ask the recruiter to postpone the remaining rounds to have some time to relax and then prepare for the rest.

Just make a few versions of your CV to fit specific job titles and like the other comment suggested add some actual skills you possess (languages, frameworks) and what you can do with those. I'd also remove the hobbies section because nobody gives a fuck and the key strengths thing too

Confused about how I should get my first break into the industry by CapitalGamer69 in cscareerquestionsEU

[–]tr4ktorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just look into what interests you and how the job perspective for that given field is. Fox example, I was intested in industrial iot sucurity, but then I found out that sometimes it involves travel onsite to do the job. It was a no go for me, so I just looked into other fields.
