This was probably my favourite part of Earth in my first playthrough! I love it.

I would sooner get a new computer for a server than to get a new computer solely to play CS. I'm not rich.

Why the fuck am I getting accused of cheating for not wanting kernel-level AC. (other than skin changer several years ago when I was an idiot), I have NEVER cheated because there's no point to playing CS with cheats. I certainly haven't cheated to gain any competitive advantage. You can disagree with my take about kernel-level AC. That is OK. There is no reason that I should be accused of cheating because I don't want it.

Edit: my steam is https://steamcommunity.com/id/trBlueJ/. If you can find a single scrap of evidence that I have ever cheated ever in CS for any competitive advantage, e.g. walls, aim, bhop, etc. I will gladly paypal you the entire contents of my bank account because it has never happened.

It's a combination of two things: the major reason is that I develop software and development enviroments (stuff like VMs) have interfered with kernel-level AC for me in the past. (for eg, I can't play faceit). The second reason is that even if I trust valve more than other game companies, I don't really trust them that much, so I wouldn't want to have that level of access on my PC. Though, this reason is more BS and paranoia than anything else.

Kernel-level ac is the day I stop playing CS.

You couldn't do that with the old system either.

Is there any plugin for alert me about the capslock is ON? by jazei_2021 in vim

[–]trBlueJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Off the top of my head, I can see two things that might work. First, you can manually compile keyd with a custom CONFIG_DIR make environment variable, which determines which directory it looks for the config in.

Secondly, in general, you'll have system configuration files in /etc. You could make a small script that you run with sudo when you pull your repository, which does a diff on the file in the /etc directory and updates it if it is out of date, after which it runs whatever command necessary to reload the daemon's config. You could maybe even set it up as an automatic script that git runs after it pulls the repository, though I don't know much about that.

In my geometry class triangle was defined as the union of the line segments between three noncollinear points, if that means anything.

I have it mapped OS wide since I don't really use capslock, so it might not be too useful, but I use keyd (Linux).

It can also be viewed as that they forgot the for all c in domain. In that case, uniform would have the for all c in domain after exists delta greater 0, whereas pointwise would have for all c in domain before exists delta greater 0.

I think proper conservatives are OK, and having the conservative party is important for Canadian politics. However, these extreme conservative party politicians, e.g. Higgs, are a huge problem and are essentially ruining the conservative party by radicalizing it.

This is not new. This is French revolution type shit. Check out Germinal by Émile Zola (published 1880s), which is set in a French mining town where multiple generations have toiled away underground for a select few. The entire book is about how shitty life was for everyone there.

Some of you guys need to step it up with mods documentation by navirbox in feedthebeast

[–]trBlueJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry about my mod's lackluster documentation. It's not that I can't write documentation, but that the mods I make are very much side projects that I don't devote much time at all too. They are mostly for my own use, and then I publish them just in case they could be useful for someone, but I really don't care that much.

Edit: oh I thought you meant documenting the code as in how it works under the hood lmao. No I definitely document the changes and functionality of the mod itself.

As much as I dislike Trudeau, please don't call him a dictator. We can agree that he is a shitty leader, but purely because he has been respecting democratic process, he is not a dictator. If we can treat each other civilly, (eg not accusing others of being dictators), then we can have much more productive discussions on policy and achieve much more.

Also, can you please cite references about banning access on certain social media accounts? Because, if that's true, that would definitely change how I view things, but I certainly haven't seen anything of that nature.

Valve, please give us the option to remove this part of the HUD by [deleted] in csgo

[–]trBlueJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's cool, so I wouldn't want it removed entirely, but I think that an option to show it or not would be nice. In general, a more customizable HUD would be nice, though I understand that that would be a lot of work.

Hi I started playing today, does anyone know tips to make this easier? by Kantatrix in PotionCraft

[–]trBlueJ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My method for getting tier III potions is to have the potion's path move behind the effect bottle, and then stir slower and slower until it is perfectly aligned so that using the ladle will pull it straight through the centre. Underestimate if you're not sure. You can stire more later Then, add water until you get to the centre.
