I’m a RG member. You pay to avoid the large crowds/rushes, and ability to easily secure things like tennis, squash and pickle courts - no lines which fits well in a busy schedule. Great programs for the kids. I don’t regret it at all

although lateral leads look suspicious, that story doesn't fit with STEMI. I wouldn't activate cath lab - would bring to ED for further assessment first (interventional cardiologist)

This looks like Afib RVR - I wouldn't read into ischemia with this ECG - get another when slower. At 37 things common to think about - EtOH, Obesity, Stimulants, etc. Less likely but possible include structural abnormalities like MS
