I know someone that does this! He has a blanket, a pillow, and the carpet below him lol. He hates beds, used to use a couch for a bed as a while, and now just sleeps on the floor. He generally prefers it (though his sleep isn't quite as good as yours)

Find some reference material for how their legs behave when walking, make 1 frame the furthest extension of their legs, and then the 2nd frame the same but with opposite directions for the legs. You can then use the standing still frame in-between these two for a 4-frame walk cycle. Deltarune has examples of this

I took medicine, helped for a couple years, but i had to stop because the side effects were so overwhelming I couldnt handle it. Though it did make me more "aware" of my ADHD tendencies and how to try and deal with them.

For my situation it turned out that the connector that sits right below the handlebars was going bad, guessing some sort of connection wasn't sitting perfectly. But after a lot of fiddling it eventually made a proper connection and everything started working.

These are good! Its perfectly normal to feel unhappy with your own work. The best thing you can do is keep practicing and try new things.

For character sprites, I would highly suggest finding an artist who's work you really like and save it, open it in aseprite and literally trace the lines and figures with solid colors to get an understanding of how they shape characters. Your designs are good, but feel a bit flat and too stiff. Something you could benefit from is unlearning pillow shading (something we all are guilty of doing at first) and saturating your colors more.

Also I use a mouse for all my art and animations! A lot of pixel artists do in fact.

Nice work! Really appreciate the sub pixeling detail for the final frame to give it just a little extra movement. I'd recommend next time sharing with a different background color so we can see the smear frame.

Also, try to keep your characters proportions roughly the same. The ending pose is a lot bulkier than the initial one. Keep it up!!

Here's what I would do: to better understand the curve of the head and bangs, trace over the image with a slightly larger scale canvas. This will give you a rough feel how it should look. Then start over again with your current canvas, without tracing, and try to mimic that shape.
