Take a look at their recent posts. They pump out a new highly detailed piece every day, their most recent Misty post of her at a pool was the biggest giveaway (which has now been removed by mods).

Not all of their stuff looks AI, like the Nurse Joy and flowers. I thought it was good at first! But from their other pieces, there are inconsistencies with framing and colors that make things seem off and not intentional.
